Hi list, Today, I tried to use Resteasy inside a project where I use fluent-hc (apache http components) 4.2.4. When I run it, it complained about missing classes, I didn't understand why until I realized that it was also a dependency of Resteasy. Due to version conflicts, 4.1.2 was chosen by maven, leading to class not found errors. I was wondering what is your policy for upgrading dependencies. I've already submitted (very little) patches for Netty upgrade, but it was in a single module, an extension. Here, this component seems to be used in several modules. Do you plan to upgrade Resteasy's dependencies before the next Final release, or do you have other contraints that forbid you to do so? (Beign part of the Jboss AS for example ^^) Thanks ! -- Romain SERTELON Blog [1] ~ @BluePyth [2] ~ +BluePyth [3] ~ Github [4] ~ LinkedIn [5] ~ DoYouBuzz [6] ~ Lanyrd [7] Links: ------ [1] http://blog.bluepyth.fr/ [2] http://twitter.com/BluePyth [3] https://plus.google.com/108216280996284757484 [4] https://github.com/BluePyth [5] http://fr.linkedin.com/in/romainsertelon/ [6] http://www.doyoubuzz.com/romain-sertelon/ [7] http://lanyrd.com/profile/bluepyth |
