[Resteasy-developers] Nuking wiki doco

Hey,

Since the upgrade to jboss.org's wiki, my wiki2docbook code is not 
working anymore.  So, I will be removing all documentation from the wiki 
and creating a docbook module within SVN.

If you create any new documentation, just link it on the main WIKI page 
(and I will add it to docbook later), or, if you are feeling super nice, 
add it to the docbook module.
