Yeah. In the tweak I treat it as optional since relying on it would  
tie you to the jax-rs implementation - however it would always be  
available since the dependency is in JDK.

Do you think it's a good change to dynamically load these depending on  
the existence of jettison and javax.mail respectively?  I checked in a  
tweak that does just that.
