I hacked rest2web in order to add a "language-code" directive in the
restindex section. The motivation for this patch was to generate pages
with the appropriate translation of some default texts such as
"Contents" or admonition title.
Usage is quite simple, just add "language-code: <ISO CODE>" in the
restindex section of any file.
The default language (if no "language-code" directive is found) is "en"
for English.
Let me know if something goes wrong with that patch.
