I'm starting to use a stylesheet directory with a restindex of
build:no and file:blah, but it gets really tyring to add each file
to the restindex. I haven't seen a filemask: xxxx where xxx would
allow fnmatch like patterns to match, plus a nofile: xxxx to remove
files included by filemask.
Does this kind of feature exist?

Not yet, but it would be easy enough to add as a new keyword in the
restindex.
Does filemask sound like the right keyword to use for it ?

I added on the file option. I would prefer input_file_mask myself,
if file was renamed too. OTOH that may mislead people to think
such files will be processed by rest2web too, which you may want
to differentiate or not.

'file' is in use by several people and so shouldn't be renamed.
'input_file_mask' is a bit long and doesn't really convey that multiple
files will be copied (and not processed as you mention).
Hmmm... unless anyone comes up with a better idea, filemask it is.

I have an implementation of this that *looks right*. I don't have time
to test it before the new release, so I will pull it for now and add it
straight afterwards.
