[Rest2web-develop] One problem with 'force'

Well there I was thinking that the force option would be useful for
me, but there's one issue for me.

I have start_directory set to the same value as target_directory
since the web server I am using is on the machine where I'm running
rest2web.  If you do this r2w.py tries to process the template.txt
file, which doesn't work very well.

Is there any way to either move the template.txt file out of the
start_directory or to give it a different name?
