Hello Andrew (and others),

By the way, the rest2web repository no longer contains pythontuils and 
Firedrop in the branches. They now have their own subversion repositories.

Also version 0.4.0 is in tags.

I've checked out the latest version in preparation for doing some work 
on restweb (finally). Andrew, I can see where you added the code in 
``restindex.py`` to check for ``intialheaderlevel``. (A new restindex 
keyword.)

I *can't* see any code changes to use it ??? Have you not added this yet 
? Do you want me to do it ?
