Hmmmm.... Syck is also a C extension. That may not be a show stopper, = but it's a factor. I'd definitely like to try it.=20 Looks like ``syck.load``returns a dictionary. It's certainly going to be safer than pickle (known security = vulnerabilities). I don't know how easy it is to write YAML by hand. = Doesn't look too bad.
