Ajuste das units base para começo do refactor.

Ajuste do arquivo de RC para agora sempre usar o arquivo no pacote, assim não teremos mais incompatibilidade nos icones do pacote para qualquer versão de Delphi.
Ajuste nos nomes de units.
Correção de classes e funcionalidades.
