Correção de Charset Encoded/Não Encoded para Todas as linguagens suportadas.
Correção de Dos exemplos.
Correção de UTF8 geral para entrada e saídas de dados pelos dbWare RDW.
Ajuste de update dos dados com ZEOS e Lazdriver.
