Correção de compilação do DWResponseTranslator.

Ajustes de Parser do JSON Object Padrão.
Correções internas no JSONObject.
Adicionada uma nova WriteToDataset para Consumo do DWResponseTranslator.
Ajustes no exemplo GetIP para consumir o Servidor do SEFAZ com CNPJ.
