Release 0.4 Works

OK, I have to eat humble pie, here. I released 0.2 and 0.3 and they didn't work on Windows Vista - hey isn't that the whole point of this project? Yep, and my mistake, I did all the development on my Windows XP box and didn't bother to do the regression testing on the actual platform, thus breaking a Microsoft in-house rule to "always use the platform that you are developing for". Please enjoy, Release 0.4 works. Let me know if the installer using AutoIT is a little awkward or non-intuitive. -Brian
