Added an MSI Installer and New Docs

I added a Microsoft Installation (MSI) file, to ease installation of ResizeThingy.

In Revision 0.1, the user had to manually run a Registry file and manually associate the JPG file with an application.

In Revisions 0.2 and 0.3, I install the application for the user and kick off a compiled AutoIT3 script that asks the user to verify the "Open With" property for a JPG. This greatly simplifies the installation procedure and increases the user's chance for success.

I also updated the documentation to reflect Revsions 0.2 and 0.3, and I wrote a requirements doc that describes what's required to run ResizeThingy - which is Windows Vista and .NET Framework Version 2.0 or greater.
