I am trying to restore a backup I made using Rescuezilla. The backup looked to run fine, but when I do the restore procedure it starts but then stops at 4.11%. The transfer speed drops down while the timer keeps running. I tried 3 different hard drives to restore to and the same thing happens ever time.

Does your image work when tested using the 'Verify' feature?
Rescuezilla makes images and restores images using the partclone utility. Chances are it's that application that may be having an issue with the image, especially if the transfer speed is dropping.
It may be worth trying to restore using the prerelease (2023-11-26) as it has a more recent version of partclone, which may have fixed some bugs.
It's also possible it's the source disk that's the problem, potentially. I've heard of similar issues when users use eg, NFS network shared filesystems that don't occur when they use the image from a different location.
EDIT: Oh, another thing you can try is to restore with the 'Rescue' option enabled.
