    Nope not with the Rescuezilla graphical frontend tool. Rescuezilla is a hard drive imaging and cloning tool. Restoring an image will replace the entire contents of the extfat partition with the vfat partition, which is NOT what you want. That would also leave small gaps between partition depending on the size. Rescuezilla is most suitable for whole-disk backup, and whole-disk restore (or at least restoring a subset of the partitions). Rescuezilla is suitable to keep your whole operating system bootable as you backup, clone or restore.

    I think to achieve your goal you'd need a program that operates on files, rather than at the block and partition level. There are many tools that support this kind of thing. But they aren't as optimized around the operating system cloning use case (so aren't suited to keeping your operating system booting when copying the contents of system partitions etc).
