I have just attempted to clone my ssd boot drive to a larger ssd, and I walked away, assuming it would be fine, unaware of bug #524, where the OS goes to sleep in the middle of a procedure. I am now unable to wake my PC, moving the mouse, clicking, and pressing the spacebar all did not work, and neither did power cycling the monitor.
I now don't know what to do.
Do I power cycle my PC and try again? watching it this time and constantly moving the mouse for an hour?
Do I leave it and power cycle it in an hour, hoping that it had finished?
And furthermore, is the original boot drive going to be intact if it did in fact fail to clone?
