A CR is a special kind of requirement: it is "later" in the process. It invalidates, updates, changes other requirements.
The CR list should be viewable. The acceptance process for a CR is usually more elaborate.

Explicite acceptance is required.

The new status must be: depended requirements updated.

A CR has a list of requirements it influences.
The list must be editable

The change also contains a reason for the change. And a cost estimate.
Otherwise it is a "normal" requirement.
