The insatllscript failed due to insuffient/wrong rights on files. reqheap needs 777 permission, but server allows maximum 775.
The host has phpsuexec installaed. So the needed rights were not reached.
It resulted in a 500 internal server error as the permission was changed back.

'500 Server Error
A misconfiguration on the server caused a hiccup. Check the server logs, fix the problem, then try again. '

Phpsuexec allows max of 775 rights. In order all functionality to work on different installations/servers some of the folders and files should be 777.
As a workaround in the installation script is added ability for the user to choose between granting 777 or 775 rights. This should allow the installation to be finished in such cases, though on some servers this can lead to missing functionality.
