It's a bit of paranoia I've learned to engage when setting up a new
list.  It seems like all too often when you start a new list with an
old list of people, the first thing to hit the list is a flurry of 
"hey, take me off this list" spams.  Fortunately, that didn't happen
here :)  

I've gone ahead and opened up posting for any subscribed member.
If there ever develops a spam problem on the list, I'll deal with
it at that point.

I don't have a strong feeling on that one way or another.  I do
want to provide subscribers with a way to filter the mail, and there
are other headers attached which can be used.  I'll put this out to
the membership here, in case anyone does need the subject tag retained.

If you want to keep the [REQADM-Users-L] on the subjects, please 
send me mail (directly, not to the whole list).  Otherwise, do 
nothing.  If I don't hear a significant objection, I'll drop it
in a couple of days.
