#8 RLG concept of path "fill rules" missing

RLG lacks the concept of fill rules for filled paths.
Right now paths seem to implement the "non-zero" rule,
but the alternative "even-odd" one would also be use-
ful. See this link for the difference between them:

The same is probably true for paths on the PDF canvas
as well.
