#14 Unicode input to pyRXP

Wouldn't it be a good idea to enhance pyRXP such that
it would accept Unicode input.
Granted, one could use UTF-8 encoding to provide
Unicode input when using the current CVS version but
on the other hand it would save an additional conversion
if unicode would be accepted directly.
I have already done the patch locally but would love to
see it in the official distribution.
