#51 TrueType font mappings for bold and italic tags

This bug applies against version 1.18 and older.

Font mappings for TrueType fonts should use the -Bold,
-BoldItalic and -Italic fonts for bold and italic tags.
Currently bold and italic tags do not work inside
paragraphs.

This bug is fixed by the patch available at;
