#41 Chinese text: text wrapping in paragraph

platypus wraps words which can be splitted by spaces
into several lines, thus generating correct output in
table cells. But it just doesn't wrap Chinese words,
which are not seperated by spaces, and split
(f.text, ' ') simply doesn't work with Chinese. If
another function for splitting words can be called
(with encoding information), we can then write
different pieces of code for different languages.
