#17 Vertical alignment by baseline

I want show the composite string consisted from:
1) symbol character and
2) subsequent string.
(likely MS Word bulleted text)
I want the symbol char be alligned vertically in
middle of the string's height.
Which method (between page.Add...) I have to use?
Nobody done me the correct result!
