This is a newb question, so please be patient with me. This Personal ReplayGuide system seems to be able to send commands to the replay TV from the computer. I'm wondering if there's a way to send a command to tell it to Factory Reset. I ask because I had a bugged software 5.0 update, and it mostly works, but the menus are graphically bugged... including the 382 zones menu for the factory reset. I've been in contact with Lyndon from DNNA, and we're trying some things, but my least preferred option is to RMA. That's why I'm asking if there's a way to Factory Reset the machine remotely.
The exact key sequence is:
3 8 2 ReplayZones (pause for a moment) CursorRight Enter. I don't recall if there's a "yes/no" are you sure prompt or not, if so that will need to be scripted as well.

There is a way to do this with ciocodes.
