As soon as i try to view a report i get the message :
Warning: fopen("tmp/file872.pdf", "w") - Permission
denied
in /home/httpd/vhosts/hdptest.nl/httpdocs/repgen/repgen.
inc on line 1154

Any solution ?

The subdirectory tmp should have write-permission for the
user wwwrun(user of Apache)

Make sure that you have your "tmp" directory permissions set
to "777"
