#1 Self referencing links broken in repgen_select.php

When trying to choose an existing report from the
repgen_select.php page, the self-referencing link points
to repgen_select NOT repgen_select.php. This exhibits
itself as a "Page not Found" on my fresh install of the
system. The offending lines are line #s 244 and 300 in
the repgen_select.php file.
