Ham Radio Software Based Repeater Controller Daemon.

Tested under Linux but, according to documentation, should compile and run under several Unices, to include, Darwin, OS X, Linux, BSD(Free,Net,Open) and Solaris (too incl OpenSolaris) on various platforms to include i386, X86-64 (amd64), ARMv6, ARMv7.1, and Raspberry Pi.

Built in CW morse identifier
3 Minute Time out
Automatic, immediate timeout recovery with ID
CTCCS Tone Programmable
VOX Option
Utilizes RTS on Serial Port and USB serial port for PTT
Runs in background as Daemon, can be started at boot
Compiles on Several flavours of UNIX
Small, about 25k total size when compiled
Ansi C, POSIX compliant C code
Programmed as a state machine without using threads.
Main loop timing physically linked to Sound Card hardware
Does not Require Xwindows, Coca or Wayland
