this is a great project and i was curious if you've considered splitting out the component of repbot that talks to the server so it can be reused by other java clients that would like to talk with a FIBS server. i looked at the code and it looks like the relevant code is contained by the contents of net.sf.repbot.server plus a few files from net.sf.repbot.
i'm thinking about writing an open source FIBS client and would love to reuse this stuff since you already have it working.

create a separate project on sf.net or elsewhere and copy the code into that, and yet another for your project. It will be nice to see the code get reused.
