What does it do? (and why)

I did upload some screenshots, here I add some text with it.
When Zabbix raises an alert, it can send out an email to a group of users/admins.
User gets email
Status in console
Normally (one of) these users starts working on the problem.
After that, logon to the Zabbix console and acknowledge the message...
There I saw a necessity, logging on an acknowledging, so:
User sends reply
When this tool is setup correctly, it can read the reply email and if all correctly, do this for the user.

So a real life situation.
User gets alert (on his phone for example), can start logging in to the system to "fix it" (server or switch)
Meanwhile the user can already reply on the phone to the email with the message:
Will look at it.
And so the event will be acknowledge and the above text will be the message.
