#20 GPG support

I like my files on the remote server encrypted, so I prefer to encrypt them with gpg before transferring.

Could you please integrate that in REOBack?

I also found someone who already did that:

Seems he also added bzip2 support but broke the "Removing leading / from ...." filtering.

Could you please take a look at this?
