Current Assistance Needed

1. Add Landlord and Tenant deep links to qualified sources for countries. Only US Landlord-Tenant law links are completed.
2. Qualified rental property search web sites. DO NOT include home sharing sites such as AIRBNB, VRBO, FLIPKEY, HomeAway, etc.

Penalities for non-compliance of AAL License

Upon discovery of non-compliance, a penalty of no less than $100 USD per day, from date of the offense (which could be earlier than the date of discovery), plus interest, attorney fees, court fees and any other relief that the court deems proper. You agree the jurisdiction shall be the County of Alachua, State of Florida, USA.

Any contributor, may also pursue judicial intervention either separately or jointly against the non-compliance offender.
When a contributor chooses joint relief with PRESSPAGE ENTERTAINMENT INC DBA PINGLEWARE, the jurisdiction shall be the County of Alachua, State of Florida, US.

When the contributor choose separate relief, the contributor may chose the proper legal forum and jurisdiction.
