#27 File management

File management was always poor in both Renegard and
Telegard, best thing is to create a seperate
filebase/area manager - full screen and stuff. My
co-SysOp was a very nice fellow and coded one for me
(Telegard). I am able to give you a enormous list of
features that can be added to it if you want to.
