so, I put the Data now in a DLL. I will upload the data in the next few days

The source has been released(without any binaries; just compile it on your own)
The source is a very early version, so don't be sad, if it doesn't work. We are working on it ;)

So this is now the sf.net Project Page for RenderTech.
