Enhancements

Button to "maximize" selection to fill paper's aspect ratio.
Add some help for choosing paper size for meaningful output.
Option to rotate all text by 90 percent? (E.g. could be extremely useful at Nyergesujfalu main street)
Render "fixme" tags.
