#7 '/' in id3 tag messes up renaming

It seems like when a '/' is found in the name of the
track in the id3 tag, it won't allow renaming of the
file. It would be nice if it encountered that and then
just told you that it can't rename the file to include
the '/' in the name, as it does with other special
characters, such as the '?'
