#1 platform agnostic viewer

Addition of a flash based (flashlight-vnc) or java based viewer, for use on Mac OSX, Linux, etc, would be especially helpful. The viewer would need to work identically to the way your included viewer works for windows, (gmail integration, peer to peer) to maintain the incredible ease of use that you have already built into your product for use on Windows.

I agree. It is likely that this will be a near-term feature. However the server side will continue to focus on Windows only for the near term.
