Fixed problem with check box.
Fixed problem with squelched FM audio not being compressed.

Adds Carrier based squelch for all modes except FM which is noise based.
Adds new audio compression mode that just sends the number of samples that are zero while in the squelched state in order to further reduce Internet bandwidth.

Beta 36 released. Fixed some bugs, added support for an external AOR AR5000 receiver connected with serial port and IF to SDR-IQ. This required some changes in the client to support up to 3GHz frequency selection.

There is untested support for the Icom 8500 if anyone is brave.
