As far as I know any antivirus program has included remotehelp into any virus or trojan list. But remotehelp open a port ( 80 by default ) to work and maybe this is a suspicious activity for NOD32. If you aren't comfortable with the exe , try to download the source code and compile it. It's easy, absolutely secure and there is no other option.
