I am trying to install and use Remote Calendars but my Outlook 2003 is not loading the COM Add-in.

In Tools | Advanced Options | COM Add-Ins I show the following:

Load Behavior: Not loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Add-in.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice, following the directions from the website.

Any ideas?
