As with other posts, I have a problem with missing buttons in the toolbar.

This seems to be related to the fact that I am running the Outlook gadget on my PC, which automatically loads Outlook to read in data.

    ? -> Info -> deaktivated elements

    shows nothing...

    extras -> options
    advanced (or extended? not sure) -> advanced options -> COM Addins

    maybe you'll find the Addin there and can click it to be activated again.

    Confirmed using 6.3, however I think I found the source of this bug.

    It seems the only time the buttons do not load (and the plug-in fails) is if a PDA or smartphone is linked to the PC using active sync (the tray icon of ActiveSync is green instead of gray).

    I tested this with Outlook 2003 and ActiveSync 4.5 and my HTC S730 smartphone with the following outcome.

    Phone disconnected (AS icon grey) the RC plugin loads and retrieves Google Calendar updates as soon as Outlook is started.

    Phone connected (AS icon green) the RC plugin fails, and even after removing the phone it will not work (need a PC restart).

    Active Sync grabs the Outlook .pst file as soon as a PDA or smartphone is connected to it, which will probably lock this file for the plugin making it fail.

    The best way to get the buttons displayed in outlook 2003 is by going to Tools -> Options -> Others -> Advanced Options - > Com Ad-Ins and Check the Checkbox for "remote calender". Then it will display all the buttons and everything will work properly.

    Thanks,
