#121 Only events entered after instal. of RC synced to google

Hello,
I just installed RC and set it up to sync both ways with google cal. Great.

BUT: no existing items get syncedto google (neither past nor future ones). Anyway if I enter new item in outlook (no matter if yesterday, today or tomorrow) it gets transferred to google.

checking [x] Using a new Google Calendar(it's a reset) makes no difference
