Anonymous Tickets

You may post anonymous tickets if you wish, however you are expected to monitor the ticket for requests for additional information. If no response is received from you in a reasonable time frame, your ticket will be closed without action.

Bug Reports

Please try to include as much information as possible in your bug reports. Include the RemoteBox version, the server and client operating systems, details of any error messages and provide screenshots if applicable. If additional information is requested, please try to respond in a reasonable time frame otherwise your ticket will be closed without action.
