App crash when running RemoteBox on Windows

I followed this guide http://knobgoblin.org.uk/installwindows.cgi to install Stawberry 32-bit, however when running the wperl with the 'remotebox' file as the parameter it crashes.

I'm unsure if there is any other configuration needed, and I'm certain I did everything required in the tutorial especially as I setup the shortcut file like this: C:\Strawberry\perl\bin\wperl.exe "C:\Strawberry\RemoteBox\remotebox"

All I can say is that it works for me, but the fact that it's crashing suggest a problem with the Strawberry perl install or one of the additional modules. I would remove and try a clean install.
