#1 Button press delay

I am using your app with BeyondTv, which works great,
however, I have to be careful about how hard I press
the buttons on the remote. If I press too hard it seems
to send 3 key presses to the application.

I believe a good fix would be a "repeat delay" setting,
which would ignore a repeated button presses for the
entered number of milliseconds. It could be an optional
setting in the "binding command", so that it could be
adjusted per binded application.

Just a suggestion. Thanks for creating this. I was very
upset when Girder was no longer available as freeware.
While it is just a demo, Remote2Key works great.
