[Remmina-common] README.LibVNCServer

Hello, Vic and Remmina developers!

I had a look at README.LibVNCServer, as mentioned at Remmina's website,
but couldn't figure it out. Please, explain the following: Remmina has
a `VNC Incoming Connection' dialog, which in my understanding, was
supposed to act as a server. The feature doesn't seem to work, but it's
easy to find out Remmina wasn't built with LibVNCServer support. Now,
any reason for removing that dependency (which is GPLed)? Shoud I just
recompile it myself to support it? Sorry if that has been answered
somewhere else, I could not find!
