Hi Brian,

1. Remmina trunk (0.8) now uses freerdp not rdesktop. And freerdp has
plan to support RemoteApp in the future. So this could be a future
feature, but it's not possible for 0.8

2. Yes, but the command lines are mainly intended to be called by the
desktop applet, so I don't write a doc. :) But I know many other people
will use this command line: remmina -c <profile>.remmina, which is
specified in FAQ in the homepage.
