#14 Problem with check interval change

There is a problem when user changes the check interval of a service.

Instead of just changing the check interval of the service, rembassy adds a new one to schedule. As a result, the service is checked twice per interval.

This problem is recursive, each time the user changes the check interval, a new service check is added.
