#3 a project cannot have more than one freshmeat project

The user interface reports an error if a
sourceforge.net project is linked to more than one
freshmeat.net project. This is a problem because
sourceforge projects can have many different packages,
but each package is usually a separate project on
freshmeat, as freshmeat does not appear to support
multiple packages per project well.

ReleaseForge 0.9.3 will now do the following:

    1. during freshmeat setup dialog, several freshmeat projects
can point to the same sourceforge project.
    2. when "ok" is click, if more than one fm project was
configured for the same sf project an info message will
appear indicating this. However, it is no longer an error
and the settings will be saved.
    3. When entering the freshmeat release dialog, if there is
more than one freshmeat project associated with the selected
SF project a simple "chooser" dialog will appear for the
user to indicate which freshmeat project the announcement
    pertains to.
    4. Using the selected FM project, the FM release dialog will
    appear.
