#18 setup.py doesn't fully honor --prefix option

Just tried to install releaseforge 0.9.7 with
python setup.py install --prefix=/usr/local
and it still tries to install files into
/usr/share/releaseforge -- it should use
/usr/local/share instead. After manually creating a
symlink in /usr/share I still get the files where I
want but...

Yes. This is a serious pain. It's still the case for
ReleaseForge 1.1.
